So, here is the Playlist of Youtube Videos I have uploaded. I got the nerve up enough to start posting videos during my 9th month of withdrawal. I have gotten a lot of positive responses and feedback! I am so glad I decided to do it as my videos have been helping a lot of people cope with this condition and that in itself helps me also to cope with this condition. I’m glad to be of service.

It takes a LONG time for our natural skin color to return and it is different for everyone. Mine has only returned in a few areas, not all over yet.
